Clinical Experience
Johnny, BCBA, leverages his 20+ years of experience in psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to empower individuals with neurodiversity across the lifespan. From early childhood to young adulthood, he crafts personalized programs for success in educational, vocational, and therapy settings.
Johnny brings a unique global perspective, having honed his academic foundation and clinical skills in Australia and America before settling in Singapore. He has a proven track record of serving clients in diverse environments – local and international, mainstream and special needs. He has also extensively trained over 500 educators and parents through workshops and consultations. He regularly serves as behavioral and intervention consultant on numerous special needs programs and private educational institutions across South East Asia.
Johnny’s expertise encompasses assessment, consultation, and therapy services for individuals with conditions like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD), and Global Developmental Delay (GDD), and more. He also supports individuals experiencing socio-emotional challenges, anger management, aggression, self-injurious behaviors, obsessive-excessive behaviors, guiding them towards positive behavioral change.

Johnny prioritizes building warm, trusting relationships with clients and recognizes families as vital partners in achieving optimal outcomes. He utilizes evidence-based practices, strictly adhering to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s (BACB) ethical standards.
A firm believer in collaboration, Johnny works closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, teachers, psychologists, psychiatrists and more. This integrated approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of each client’s needs, leading to holistic treatment plans that address all aspects of their development and well-being. Johnny values the unique expertise each professional brings and strives to create seamless support systems for his clients.
